February is national Creative Schools month, and although our Creative Schools week isn't until the first week in March we have some events running in February to celebrate in line with our creative theme "Creative Plunge - Dive into Creativity."
The Creative Schools Committee are running an art competition with the theme of "Under the Sea." The winning artworks from each class will be exhibitied in Mullingar library from the 4th - 8th March. There will be 4 winners from each class. Artworks must be completed on A4 paper and are due on the 23rd of February.
The Creative Schools Committee are also holding a "St. Tola's Bake Off." Families, siblings, friends can work together to create a showstopping bake under our "Under the Sea" theme. There will be prizes for best appearance and best taste. Bakes will be judged by a local baker on the 23rd of February!
